Large project environments teach discipline around scope, reporting, risk and contractual interfaces. Small businesses often benefit from simplified versions of those same controls.

A site can be attractive and still be commercially weak. Feasibility, planning, funding, procurement and operating assumptions need to be considered together.

AI is another project system

The current AI opportunity interests me for the same reason construction systems do: good outcomes depend on interfaces, inputs and sequencing more than marketing claims.
